I can't thank Duurstede enough for their excellent products. I'm a new user of their products - Style was only bathed and groomed three times using the complete system before the Canadian National. When I have used other conditioners on his coat, the coat would weigh down and become too soft. I've found with the Duurstede products, the coat has more body, and the products do not build up, weigh down the coat, or make it too soft. I could not believe the difference only after those few uses. Thank you Bill and Duurstede!
